Yeah, its from "no one messes with akai" wich was exclusive fron latam, also there was a 26 episodes show wich featured some unused characters like flink and rox(the name of the 4th deleted playable character) sadly those comics are techincally lost media alongside the show but my friends have them - ThreadSky

Also canonically akai's entire family is a criminal organization (based on killua's family from HUNTERXHUNTER) and all foxes in the ninjin lore are half yokai

Wow, I was surprised to learn that Akai had such a cool background! If a sequel to Ninjin comes out someday, I'd love to play a story that incorporates that setting!
