Ty, Photoshop and a wacom tablet.
Halftone fill on parts of the rose, Lineart with a pencil like brush, noise at the end and some small textures that aren't really visible on this one, but I'm following the same formula as the other in the series

I am mesmerized by the flow and sheer playfulness of that wisp of- smoke, I assume? And I just love colored line art, especially when combined with limited colors. I will be showing this to my friends like a shiny thing I just found on the ground.
