It would be absolutely bonkers to sell Garnacho now. It’s not just about his potential, of which he has loads, but what he’s already done on the pitch. He’s only 20. He can learn to do what he needs to do to fit in Amorim’s team.

not particularly quick, average ball striker, can’t get past premier league fbs. Good attitude, tenacious, alright player to have in the squad considering he cost nothing but this is not close to a prem level starting winger. Any club willing to pay 40-50 million and it’s an easy decision to sell
This is what I hate about chopping and changing managers: the risk of losing great players just because manager B doesn’t like them as much as manager A. Look at how Van Gaal treated Chicharito.
There seems to be big questions around his fit in the new system, tactically & his overall coachability. He’s one of the few players we’d get a decent fee for, & 100% profit that could be spent this window. Add a sell on % or buy back clause and it’s probably a win/win scenario for us.
I say wait. He’s starting to produce under Amorim’s system and he’s leading a new role. The kid can ball. Give him the chance. He’s gonna go to Spain or Italy eventually but it shouldn’t be now. This kid is a generational talent. Let him fill his potential first. He’s working his ass off for it.
