I am not talking about the base, both parties have those. Dems won big in 2018, 2020 (Biden won by 7 million votes) and did better than expected in 2022. I am talking about the low information/low propensity voters, the Obama/Trump/Biden/Trump voters who blame gov't for all problem in their lives
