2 tier policing. Brown men who were violent, get punished. Police who are supposed to be impartial, kicked someone in the head while he was on the ground and cuffed, get no punishment. This should worry us all.
Agreed, most fair minded people will accuse the judicial system of institutional racism and call this decision by the CPS a racially motivated prosecution brought on my political pressure from the police federation and others.
We can’t have “rule of law” if rules only apply to one side and does not protect the other. Impartial judicial proceedings require all criminal offenders to be subject to the law, being a police officer should not make you immune from prosecution, the whole world saw him boot him in the head.
