Firstly, PA's AREN'T nurses. If they were, they'd be called nurses.
Secondly, PA's from the US are much better trained than their UK counterparts. A US-trained PA could work in the UK, but not the other way around due to that fact.
No benefit for patients in dire need of proper diagnosis.
