I'm definitely a plotter. Having some kind of outline helps me stay focused and makes it a little easier for me later on.

I'm finding that I need just enough outline to keep me focused, but not too much to risk boredom as I like discovering a bit along the way. It's a hard balance to strike 😅

Definitely! I do have a pretty loose outline at first (it just gives me direction) but then clean it up between revisions/edits. I know people who ditch their outline after the first draft and others who don't write one until after their zero/first draft.
