It's heavy on predetermination and confirmation bias, but it's a very interesting read and makes connections to history that are palatable. It's ultimately about human nature and American history and I guess backhanded nihilism? It was very good.
It's the best autobiography I've ever read. Seriously. The ghost writer is Sam Lansky who wrote The Guilded Razor. It's a full reveal of a world that you would never see otherwise. Couldn't put it down. The chapter on her gay fans had me balling. 10/10, no sarcasm.
