I'm about halfway through Hector Hard Mode and decently happy with how my lords are shaping up. Hector and Lyn are great (Lyn's been in fewer HHM fights because she did so well in her own route that I haven't needed to train her much). Eliwood is very mediocre but he's not awful at least.
