Jesse Singal's already gone but his followers aren't, go ahead and sweep 'em all under the rug, all hail moderation lists
Then SCROLL DOWN and click on "Bluesky Moderation Service". Make sure the option for "Sexually Suggestive (Cartoon) is set to OFF.
From there you can choose what type of posts show up in your feed! (Also enable that experimental option, it'll be useful later)
Go to Thread preferences, and from there you can choose how replies are sorted. You can even prioritize replies by people you follow so they always show up first. Also there's a threaded view option too.
From there you can choose who can DM you!
