U.S. House Bill 114 has been submitted to Congress (step one of passing a law). If passed (I mean when passed), House Bill 144 will completely erase the existence of all provisions of the ACA, and end the federal-to-state Medicaid supplements that came with it. It's five sentences long. Google it.
