1. Autism is not exclusively in men or amab people, and also NOT "ultra masculine brain".
2. Autistic people are not all the same. If you've met one autistic person, you've met one autistic person.
3. "Curing" autism is absolutely not something that should be pursued. It's tantamount to genocide.

4. Autism is not a learning disorder. Our brains are simply wired differently than neurotypical ones.
5. Autism is lifelong and not something you grow out of. It's an inherent trait.

I could list so many more and have went in much more detail but, I won't. I would be here for a long, long while.

But the basic TLDR really is, do not trust some random old fucking white dude who has downright dangerous and harmful (wrong as well) medical opinions on the subject of autism. Trust actual autistic people to tell you about their experiences and listen to them if you want to truly understand them.
