I used to volunteer with a horse rescue ranch that did therapy w/ troubled children. The horses were so sassy w/ us bc we weren’t moving fast enough or they didn’t want to take their meds. When it came time for them to be with the children, they were so gentle and patient. It was beautiful.
Right now she has a fetish for licking jackets and pants, with an occasional sneaky nip. Once she's past that, I might volunteer her at the memory care unit where my mother lived her final years.

I don't ride them, I just pet them, groom them, love them, clean up after them & feed them.
