This is an important story, I think. Ferrari spent Enzo knows how much to engineer manuals for 430, 575, 599, 612, California, and approximately zero people bought them. I get the desire for them among car nerds but I can’t blame Ferrari for giving up. Same story with Corvette.
I had a 400GT and a 456GT. Both with manual transmission. They are so much better than the automatics. The 612 has been made with a manual gearbox. That one will come at a premium, but will also keep its value.
I also had a Daytona when they were still affordable. Now, that was a Ferrari. Glorious sound above 4000 revs al the way up to 7700 revs. Only the brake technology from the 70’s was woefully inadequate. And scary…
I've heard these drop revs like nothing and the gear change is frantic as a result. Manual converted ones get a different ECU to help with that but yeah, these are pretty cool cars.
This is already a classic.

This is already a classic.
Here are a couple other fine and rare examples from that collection.
But the 575M looks a lot better to my eye, so that’s what I’d get https://www.classic.com/m/ferrari/612-scaglietti/manual/
just don’t look at the interior
