Coming from someone who calls himself a “genius” and runs several companies, would expect this to be a cutting-edge management HR technique to boost self-esteem, buy-in, inspiration, shared goals, and sense of team-work? 🤔 Not! Just plain-old bullying and denigration of workers, broligarch-style.
