2 weeks ago, I had to go to Myrtle Beach DMV 3 times in 1 day because the computer system kept going down. It went down, again, after I finally had my license picture taken. I waited another half hour for it to come back. I spent all day on my license, registration & license plate, AND over $500! 🤬
