hahaha i get it though! i tend to be less intimidated by people and more like... not wanting to intrude on someone's space unless they specifically say they want me there LOL but you've also been so kind and friendly and i appreciate that so much! it makes me feel way more comfy showing up to things

i've noticed this read also isn't super uncommon for people who are specific flavors of neurodivergent bc we need max brain power to process social situations, and that tends to get in the way of actually socializing 😩 meanwhile my friends and i are all doing this at each other because we Get It LOL
