I see it like a switch to a regime. The former Observer editor Paul F Webster was pushed out (sorry, "stepped down") at the start, without being consulted on any of what we've seen transpire. Is the structure now being rigged for failure of some type? Instant? Slow strangulation? Guardian next?

The Scott Trust Limited, GMG and Tortoise can stuff themselves up their own holes. Slowly. Mistreatment of Carole - and many of their own journalists - is atrocious, cowardly, self-serving, unnecessary and deserving of severe punishment. Their disrespect for journalists and readers is a disgrace.
