Black Americans are still locked up at about five times the rate of White people...This brings me to the ugly truth of the Thirteenth Amendment. You know, the one that supposedly abolished slavery but then adds, "except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted."

The declining birth rates among native-born populations, the increase in migration, and then this glaring exception in the 13thA allowing prison labor paint a terrifyingly clear picture. The Billionaires? They're still caught in that old mindset of enslavement. They're playing checkers, not chess.
