This sort of thing - erasing the widely documented existence of a subminority - is the sort of thing you might do in preparation for eradicating a group of people. It's the sort of thing dictators have historically done before eliminating a group of people. It's really disturbing.

History is contended in many ways and people fight back and forth about how to make meaning out of historical events, but just blanket eradication of the documentation that a group of people existed is a step well beyond merely contesting different accounts and explanations of events.

Like the only historical precedent that really comes to mind for similar is the elimination of "Jewish Science" (which itself was frequently targeted at queer and trans research around sexuality and gender identity, painting this as inherently Jewish on account of some Jews being involved in it).

I guess another precedent would be the Chinese Communist Party's handling of the history around the massacre at Tiananmen Square. The only reason you take an eliminationist approach to past people and events even happening, is you want to shape a future where what existed in the past isn't possible.

The LGB Alliance was funded and coordinating with the heritage foundation, alliance defending freedom and dobson linked groups. This was all part of a plan published in the open from evangelical groups.

Its the same wealthy billionaires everywhere at every level that want us dead.

I do think its important to connect capitalism to fascism because late stage capitalism sets the system up for collapse and fascism is one of the possible 'solutions' to profits no longer growing.

Fascism prevents leftism, breaks up unions, provides slave labour and expansion to feed capitalists.
