I don’t remember a big difference between my daughter and son, 2.5 years difference.

These held up well, we definitely had to get rid of anything glass and pretty. Costco use to sell a stuffed bear set for the tree.

I'm a girl dad and my daughter loves getting into stuff. Second Christmas for her and only ornaments and decorations if they are way out of her reach.

2.5 & 1 year old boys here. I have a gate blocking that room, even when the 2.5 takes the gate down we have the decorations just out of reach. That is, until he finds something to stand on and grab them. Never punt, the joy when they see them is worth the broken ones.

As a dad you're going to have to start building up a collection of tools to start repairing everything from decorations to iPads to plastering. Don't bother trying to fight it, get a good shed and base yourself there man....😀
