The evidence of comprehensive war crimes in Gaza is overwhelming. In its initial advisory opinion the ICJ ruled it a plausible genocide. Remarkably, Israeli officials had publicly, indeed gleefully, proclaimed their intent to collectively punish the entire Gaza population. (3/11)
