Aww that makes me feel better about myself and my interaction to my hobbies. I sometimes overthink that I should quit them because I'm not good enough and begin comparing myself to others. I enjoy all my current hobbies. Thank you for this motivation π₯Ήπ
When my colleagues asked me if I would like to join the company volleyball team I said, Yes, I love volleyball. Then later having to explain to them, Yes, I love volleyball but I never said I was any good at it.
It's actually more fun than being worried about how well you are doing it. Just dive in and enjoy the experience without measuring yourself. That's why I don't keep score when I play golf.
I love this!! Itβs so easy to get into the habit of trying to βmasterβ these things when in reality the most common important thing is that your trying it :)
A timely reminder for me as Iβve spent the last two weeks of pottery classes throwing nothing but flops. Iβm going through a phase where it feels like Iβm getting worse. Could throw a decent pot and now I canβt!!!!!
