Patel is simply his puppet, occupying the office. Patel is INCAPABLE of leading an agency as large and complex as the FBI. The daily business of maintaining a quasi-normal agency will be done by the professionals.

Any work of any importance will be supervised by Trump, or one of Trump's nazguls.
