The only problem I have with that is my extremely literal brain insists that it should have fallen down long long ago if it was built that badly in the first place.

The only reason it is still standing is if the Orks believed it would. Not sure what colour you have to paint it for that.

Yeah, the irregular bricking and just general lose/inconsistent vibe is something done to make detail pop more at distance, rather than trying to represent sensible construction technique.

Hey, who knows, maybe the will of Sigmar keeps it up, just as gothic architects thought sacred ratios did.
