Healthcare companies should not act like doctors. If a doctor said something is needed & you need to spend the night. Then that’s what you get. Doctors spend too much time going back & forth with insurance to get their patient proper care. You should be able to worry about your illness not insurance
The fact that people make bets on human health is sick. They're doomed to hell these ones. Stock market is evil. Capitalism is evil. Nazis are evil. Period.
UHC Optum said they couldn’t fill my Ozempic full dosage. I said I’d get it locally and miraculously they could fill it the next day. Do not trust them.
I had HealthPartners as my retiree health insurance for 16 years, no problems.
Jan. 1 it was switched to United Health without the retirees counsel or consent.
Since then they delayed one of my cancer treatments by two weeks, now this week they disallowed one of my heart medications.
I wouldn't put too much faith in the actual intent of this investigation. Trump intends to cancel government administered Medicare (A/B) and force everyone into private Part C plans, which is a big chunk of UHC business.
Essentially destroying the plan with the highest level of satisfaction and pushing everyone into the lowest level of satisfaction, but, profits for billionaires
This is the lion share of fraud/abuse within Medicare. Its greedy health care companies, not by seniors. Then why is Trump cutting Medicare benefits and ignoring the massive abuse by entities like United Healthcare? This investigation of United was done by Biden. The GOP always protect the rich.
