These gas contracts have proven to be against the nation interest and we’ve been swindled and let down possibly by corrupt commonwealth negotiators. We need a transparent review of the performance of these agreements with global energy oligarchs.

The big lie is, "If we tax them too much, they will go elsewhere." Big oil didn't abandon the North Sea when Norway made a Motza and used it wisely by not giving the rich tax breaks as Australia did. Australia exports more gas than Qatar, yet they get 20 times the revenue. Nobody left Qatar.
