In this case, I was really just trying to iterate on the things that have been most exciting to me recently. In this case: the random colors, the stars, and the "paper quilt" idea (I want to assemble these into one piece at the end of the week!)

The energy piece is harder between the news and work stress-- I have no magic formula there at the moment besides reminding myself that once I get started I'll get into a groove. That has been mostly true!

Thanks! 🙏 I've been thinking a lot about this. Although I know what gives me energy, when I do it (like Feldenkrais) it's still not getting me enough energy to be creative, more like I hover around 0. Somehow I think the world news are siphoning my energy subconsciously... To be continued...
