Howell called out the blitzkrieg attack of speed, surprise, threats, and physical and psychological shows of force that DOGE has been using.

Like the German Blitzkrieg, it will fail and for very similar reasons. It consumes enormous resources, thins supply chains, and cannot be sustained.

Disappointed by Judge Howell‘s decision not to grant the TRO, but I’m wondering if it has the beneficial purpose of removing several thorny questions unique to USIP from the larger TRO inquiries that will no doubt be conducted by appellate courts.
