Aioli is garlic infused mayonnaise and not identical to plain mayonnaise. Dunno where in the US you are eating that doesn't offer ketchup, seems sus. Easy save is don't eat there. 😊 Why waste your time hating regional food preferences when there are bigger problems in the US?
