Today's #silversmithing practice- more fun with scraps- another leaf, flame painted this time and an 8mm rose quartz set on a hollow form pendant. Chuffed that I got the stone set without denting the hollow form.

Copper is a bit more forgiving and doesn't melt as easily
Working with copper is helping me learn to judge how much (actually how little) solder I need. Too much solder is super obvious on copper bc it shows as silver
Having said that, I love copper and all the colors you can bring out with heat, it's so much fun to work with
