It's been given ridiculous academic pricing but is considerably cheaper as an e-book. The price seems to have dropped since publication, so add it to wish lists and it may drop more. Might be available as an e-book if your institution has an Oxford University Press subscription.

On the brighter side, it's amazing. It's an edited collection of peer reviewed articles and original pieces from 'medical minds' who have experienced neurological disorder. Some are gold dust.
