A rose takes many moons to show the fullness and beauty of its glorious petals. One rock thrown, can destroy it completely, but the rose even then.. still offers a sweet fragrance.

We had much needed #rain that began last night while I was sleeping. #Lyngo said it was raining very steadily at 2300 when he let #Nat out for his last potty break. (Nat said "No, thank you, it's wet!!!😁)
When I got up at 0530 it was a gentle rain. The scent and coolness is so very restorative 🌧️🏜️

I'm happy for you🎉 You guys need rain so badly...hopefully it lasts for a while. Please tell Nat that if Gil didn't go out when it was raining we'd be in big trouble😂🐾 We spend lots of time shaking off rain, her with a full body wiggle and me just whipping my hair around!

He does NOT like to get wet! But, when needs must he does. Like Gil his fur is very dense and the drying/shaking process is extensive!
