I follow French politics a lot, as many of you know. Any effort for mass layoffs of public sector employees there would create such huge strikes and marches, the level of disruption and paralysis would be biblical.

Ten days is all we need. Corporate overlords cut Covid isolation from 10 to 5 to 0 days because things started to unravel for them by day 10, as workers took the sick leave they needed. So 10 days at home, resting, resetting, resisting. They have proven they can’t go 10 days without us.
