I've learned a lot more since this post, including adding mouth animations. Hindsight is 20/20, there are a lot of things I would do different if I were to redo my model but I'm very happy with what I've made. Sometimes "good enough" is what it is until I have more experience to do even better.

PNGTuber+ has been really fun to learn. There's things I want to fix, and of course I'd like to make a full body model at one point. But not bad for dipping my toes in for the first time.
