I couldn't be happier for you. I remember how forlorn and upset you were when you were told what was going to happen to the plants you'd cared for at your apartment; how the leasing office was unwilling to compromise to even the smallest degree.

I know I am, mostly because you've been repeatedly limited on what you were "allowed" to do for way too long despite the benefits gardening would have had at all the properties involved, and it's been sad seeing it impact your mood for so long. :C

Absolutely! ❤️ Just thinking about you working in your garden is making me want to try again with my own! I sorta failed last year. I planted SO MANY seeds, a lot of them native, and the few plants that grew were California poppies & a few snapdragons.
And LOTS of weeds.
