Most of them actually working in hospitals in eastern Germany. The part of the country where hatred against immigrants is highest.

refugees often sell everything they had in their home country to seek safety in Europe. They live here for decades, have jobs, friends, family here, their children go to school... in their place would you pack up everything and move back to that still uncertain situation?

The desire to move back to your country of birth is something that is still high for many people even after many years in a foreign country. It will of course be different for children who do not know their parents homeland.

Would guess so. But due to the situation there still being unclear with all the different rebel groups; some of them still very close to Al-Kaida, i would think twice about going back as a syrian medicine man.

If the situation in Syria were to stabilize, I would definitely leave Germany. Germany is becoming increasingly dangerous (especially) for non-white immigrants.
