The one for Persona 3 Reload and Persona 5 are also bangers. Atlus stepped up their UI game for their more recent games, except for Shin Megami Tensei 5 which keeps it traditional.
Fair enough. I understand it is very stylised and quite overwhelming on first interacting with it, but I found it easy to understand after an hour or so, and grew to appreciate the fact that navigating menus was visually enjoyable.
And it's even more than just the menus, the whole game oozes style like the Persona-style loading transitions showing you walking through crowds, riding a boat or a certain power activating. Other games would leave them as mundane static tip screens.

Absolutely brilliant! The art direction for this game is insane and so impressive!
About to finish my 1st playthrough! 💪
Overall, it improved the experience for me.
In RPG you spend 90% of you time looking to menu, so the menu NEED to be king
The implementation must've been painful tho 😭 loool
I firmly believe that.
They are master craftsman at Atlus.
