I would argue that it didn’t just change hands. If what Deepseek has is completely true then they are opening the floodgates and soon ai will become even more common.

“AI collapse”? If anything is a very big “AI boost”! Cheaper and less energy-consuming AI means more AI everywhere and faster.
Maybe the beginning of the end for Nvidia and OpenAI specifically (a big “maybe”), but likely good in the long term for all other Big Tech.
