I can read music, but this doesn’t make sense to me, likely because I can’t tell where the staff is supposed to be, compared to where it looks like it is.

TLDR: getting old sucks.

I think someone just put a bunch of musical notation on this to make the piece 'look cool'. There's a number of things wrong here, IMO.

That’s what I was wondering. I know how to read music enough to try to hum it & was failing.
