highly recommend wandering pinterest instead of doomscrolling when you need a break. got some decent ideas for projects, and general happy images rather than a constant stream of anxiety.

I'm not saying to fully ignore the bullshit, I'm saying take breaks from the bullshit to recharge, and then wade back in with a slightly less heavy heart.
Constant stress is bad. Recovering and then stepping into someone else's spot while they recover allows us all to fight at our best.
