You mean broken. If they're fixed then they're as they should be. My family and friends call it broken, we got annoyed with people calling them fixed when they aren't working as they should. 🙂

Haha - I feel that. I managed to get 13 fixed and out to foster homes, and have 15 outside still if not more, and 6 inside being ‘socialized’ as well as helping other cat colonies with spay/neuter and food.
