Most of these anti-DEI companies don’t mind hiring women, non-whites, LGBTQ, etc. to the lowest paying jobs. What they are trying to do is reserve the leadership and management positions for white hetero Christian males. They’re trying to block anyone else from advancing. That’s why DEI matters.
