It's unfortunately true. A lot of people who voted for the felon only consider how it affects them instead of others. The cognitive dissonance doesn't hit until it materially affects them directly. It's frustrating

It's a difficult time, but there's always a way to fight back. I struggle with the overwhelming negativity as well. It’s a balancing act.

I try to keep myself informed so I can find out what I can do. That's what helps me at least
