My mom has started to use narcissist when she’s mad at my dad and venting to me about it (which is its own issue tbh) and I’m like….

If anyone is a “narcissist” it’s her but also it’s not because she doesn’t have npd so..

It’s so frustrating like shut up you’re like 58 and went to therapy a few times and quit because you felt like “you can just tell your friends and family” who aren’t professionals and don’t want to be your therapist you do NOT know what that means 😭
