My sleep paralysis demon went away after my drug-dealing, chop-shop running next-door neighbours who terrified me (and I could just barely hear talking all night from my bedroom); went to prison 🙂

I was quite surprised to discover that CPAP dramatically improved my insomnia.
Which is pretty darned great, because after three days with little to no sleep you *will* hallucinate 👻

For me it's a miracle machine. My apnea is neurological (who designed brains??) so it's basically the only solution
I went three days without it a few years ago and I cannot believe I used to live like that
