If anyone has any tips for adjusting post panic attack, I’d love to have them. I see a doc next week, but I’m driving myself crazy

I’ve been suffering near daily panic attacks since Friday and I am so drained. I thought I was having a heart attack, and in a lot of ways I still do, but I just want to feel normal again. I can’t even eat without freaking myself

Really, just knowing what they are has helped, knowing the symptoms to talk yourself down.
