the thing is, too, the advice in his videos is the best I've seen at targeting the specific muscle groups to fix the injuries I have! he is a drunken master! dudes rock

as I've been enjoying getting back into exercising and trying to focus on some old injuries etc, I've been watching a good deal of PT and workout videos, and this one guy advertised his program as one that let him drink 3 IPAs a day, everyday and I'm just awestruck at how much this guy rules.
