Vaccines do not cause autism, but we have no way to know that vaccines do not cause autistics to develop disabilities, given that the medical profession autiphobically diagnoses both autistics and autistics with disabilities.

It is unlikely that vaccines cause autistics to develop disabilities, but we should rule it out, and this won't happen until the medical profession recognises autism as a healthy neurotype.

It’s unclear what disability you have in mind, but there is a lot of data on what vaccines do and do not cause.

I will say that I believe, feel and sense that vaccines are safe and do not cause healthy autistic babies to develop disabilities, but with all the vaccine scepticism, we really should investigate this before the tidal wave of our autisticly peaceful Stonewall hits the wall.
