They better start thinking about fleeing Khmeimim now that the rebels have artillery. Just need to get it encamped atop the ridge and they'll be able to shell the airbase nonstop. No airbase can operate in those conditions.

They have a few aircraft, unclear whether they have the ability to fly them or what's flyable. Plus various drones (the Shaheen, which is AFAIK distinct from the Iranian Shaheen, being the most notable, though it's hard to find its stats, though it's turbojet powered).
But the only artillery I've seen captured is relatively small towed pieces, M-46 and the like, and I don't expect many if any RAP shells in Syrian inventories. M-46 is nominally 27km max. They're 40km out now.
